Okay, when I first started this blog I had the idea of posting a little musical composition every week. The problem has been that when I posted them in MIDI format they sounded terrible on many computers, and when I recorded MP3s from my computer's built-in synthesizer, they still sounded pretty crummy.
I finally took some time a few days ago to tackle the problem of recording the sound from my Yamaha keyboard directly onto my computer. So, I'm going to resume posting my little "musical blog entries" for your enjoyment, puzzlement, laughter, or revulsion. But, I hope if nothing else they will be interesting. I've started by replacing the four pieces of music I've already posted with better-sounding MP3s:

Also, I've decided to call these little pieces musical "tapas," as in Spanish appetizers.
