The music I've made can be divided into two broad categories: composed pieces and improvised pieces. So far I've been posting mostly composed pieces, which I put together note by note, in order to explore the properties of a fugue or what have you. But I also enjoy just noodling around on the keyboard and some of my music postings will consist of recordings of those sessions. This is one of those pieces; I basically making them up as I go along, probably improvising on a theme I hit on only a few minutes before I hit "record." I sometimes nip & tuck a few off notes, maybe cut some boring passages after the fact, but as you can no doubt hear, I don't really edit them much.
And remember: if the piano playing sounds bad -- it's just my avant-garde compositional techniques!
